We have finally set our ambitious project “Watsonville Brillante” into motion after finishing up its third phase. We are eager to be on this journey with all our contributors whether donating time, money, and material. This project would not be possible without our two major business partners.
Rinaldi Tile and Marble
Rinaldi Tile and Marble is one of the largest union tile companies serving the greater Bay Area since 1972. Rinaldi is locally based in Pajaro, CA and specializes in tile and stone installations for large commercial projects, from large office buildouts left and right of the Bay to high rise hotels and apartment buildings in San Francisco and Oakland.
This family owned business has supported every public art project we have undertaken since 2008 with tile and supply donations. We were able to utilize the leftovers from commercial tile installations and make brand new community art. For our most ambitious project, un Watsonville Brillante, Rinaldi has offered to install 12,500 square feet of community fabricated mosaics with us. We cannot wait!

Fireclay Tile
Fireclay Tile is a nationally recognized handmade tile company known for beautiful, vibrant colors with its manufacturing facilities located in Aromas, CA. By implementing an innovative online platform paired with unmatched product and customer service, the 150 person company has made it easier than ever to shop for and specify beautiful, sustainable tile sourced and handcrafted in the USA. Fireclay is the only tile company recognized as a B Corp, and the company has sponsored many public art projects over the years, including making custom tiles for the beautiful staircase at the bottom of the Legion of Honor in San Francisco. For un Watsonville Brillante, Fireclay will be donating over 15,000 square feet of tile.
